Due to the nature of consultancy, digital, and personalized services, all payments made to Student Consultancy UK are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

## 2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:

* A duplicate payment was made accidentally
* The requested service was not started by our team
* We are unable to provide the purchased service
* A billing error occurred on our side
